The power part adopts pneumatic structure and all adopt EMC pneumatic components. The material contact parts are made of 304/316L stainless steel and meet GMP certification requirements.
The filling amount and filling speed can be arbitrarily adjusted within the range of the model according to the user's needs, and the filling accuracy is high. The filling head is made of anti-drip and anti-drawing device.

1. This machine adopts compressed air control drive, so it is especially suitable for use in explosion-proof and humid environment, with high safety;
2, due to the use of pneumatic control, and the use of mechanical positioning, so the filling accuracy is high, the accuracy can be controlled at ± 0.5%, taking water as an example;
3, the use of screw, counter, so that the filling volume is adjusted accurately, and can be visually reflected in digital form;
4. Five-way valve that can be used for both paste and liquid. There is no dead angle in the five-way valve, easy to clean;
5, the whole machine is 304 stainless steel, the material contact parts are made of 304/316 stainless steel material, in line with GMP requirements;
6. There are anti-drawing and anti-drip devices on the filling head, and the filling nozzle is equipped with two sizes;
7, filling speed is fast, can be filled 30 times per minute, taking 500ml of water as an example, the filling accuracy is ± 0.5%
Note: This machine can choose the custom filling capacity, the maximum filling can be 5L, suitable for liquid, semi-fluid materials such as liquor, lubricating oil, pesticide, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and so on.
